REZERVACIJA i AKONTACIJA
Upiti i rezervacije smještaja primaju se internetom ili telefonom-telefaksom, a mi ćemo Vam usmeno ili pismeno potvrditi sve relevantne informacije u svezi sa smještajem u nas.
Nakon što ste odabrali i potvrdili nam rezervaciju nekog od naših apartmana ili soba mi ćemo Vam poslati točnu KALKULACIJU CIJENE smještaja i boravišne pristojbe, te iznos kojim ćemo teretiti vašu kreditnu karticu ili iznos koji ćete uplatiti preko banke.
Nakon terećenja akontacije na Vašu kreditnu karticu, odnosno primitka potvrde o uplati bankovnom doznakom, od nas ćete primiti POTVRDU REZERVACIJE - VOUCHER-UPUTNICU s naznakom uplaćenog iznosa i podacima o rezerviranom smještaju.
Dinamika plaćanja rezervacije određena je sa 30% cijene usluge smještaja po odobrenom upitu, a ostatak se plaća na recepciji hotela prilikom boravka.
NAČINI PLAĆANJA
Naše cijene su izražene u EURIMA pa kod plaćanja kreditnom karticom teretimo Vas za iznos izražen u kunama po prodajnom deviznom tečaju Zagrebačke banke na dan terećenja kartice ili terećenje se vrši u EURIMA.
Podacima za autorizaciju Vaše kreditne kartice koje ćete nam dati ovlašćujete nas da naplatimo iznos kalkulirane akontacije za Vaš smještaj u nas.
Obavezujemo se na poštovanje Vaše privatnosti i na zaštitu podataka iz Vaše kreditne kartice kao i njezino korištenje isključivo za naplatu kalkulirane akontacije za rezervaciju smještaja u nas.
Gosti iz Hrvatske mogu akontirati svoju rezervaciju uplatom gotovine putem OPĆE UPLATNICE na naš žiro račun.
Inozemni gosti mogu akonto-plaćanje vršiti bankovnom doznakom na naš devizni račun.
OTKAZIVANJE REZERVACIJE
Otkazivanje potvrđene rezervacije sa pisanim datumom otkaza ima slijedeće posljedice:
- do 30 dana prije dana početka ugovorene rezervacije, gostu se zadržava 50% uplaćene akontacije,
- od 29 - 0 dana prije dana početka ugovorene rezervacije, gostu se zadržava 100% uplaćene akontacije.
BUCHUNG UND EINZAHLUNG
Die Anfragen und Buchungen der Unterkunft geschehen auf elektronische Wege oder telefonisch-telefax und wir geben zurick alle relevante Informationen von unsere Appartment und Zimmer.
Nachdem Sie von uns davon unterrichtet worden sind, dass wir Ihre Anfrage überprüft haben welche der Unterkünfte frei sind, wählen Sie beste aus und buchen Sie. Nach Erhalt Ihrer Bestätigung werden wir Ihnen eine genaue KALKULATION mit den Beträgen und den Zeitpunkten zuschicken, an denen wir Ihre Kreditkarte belasten werden, bzw. an denen Sie die Banküberweisung vorzunehmen haben.
Nach der Belastung Ihre Kreditkarte mit der Anzahlung, bzw. nach dem Erhalt der Bestätigung über Ihre Überweisung der Anzahlung per Bank senden wir Ihnen eine BUCHUNGSBESTÄTIGUNG - VOUCHERBESCHEINIGUNG zu, mit einer Notiz zum eingezahlten Betrag und mit notwendigen Daten über die Unterkunft.
LEISTUNGSPREIS
Anmerkung für den Fall einer Zahlung per kreditkarte - die kreditkarte wird mit dem Betrag in EUR belastet.
Mit dem Autorisierungs Ihrer Kreditkarte wählen Sie die Zahlungsart und ermächtigen uns, den Einzahlung abzubuchen.
Wir verpflichten uns, die Privatsphäre aller Benutzer zu schützen und Ihre Kreditkarte-Daten nur zu zwecken nutzen die für eine Reservation erforderlich sind.
RESERVATION KÜNDIGUNG
Für die Kündigung einer fix bestätigten Reservation, stellt das Datum des Erhalts der schriftlichen Kündigung, und zwar wie folgt:
- bis 30 Tage vor dem Beginn der Leistungsnutzung, zahlt der Reisende 50% des Akontozahlung,
- von 29 bis 0 Tage vor dem Beginn der Leistungsnutzung, zahlt der Reisende 100% des Akontozahlun
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT
Inquires and reservations for accommodation can be made by E-mail or telefon-Telefax. Our Hotel presenting all relevant information for accommodation: Appartments and Room.
After we notify you that your inquiries have been checked, you can look and see which accommodations are vacant, choose the one that best suits you and book. During the process of booking you will enter information necessary for reservation and also method of payment. After we have received your confirmation, we`ll send you CALCULATION with amounts and dates of charging your credit card, or amounts and dates for your bank transfer payments.
After the downpayment has been charged onyour credit card, or after we have received the confirmation of payment by bank transfer, you will receive CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING - VOUCHER with the paid amount and information on lessor and accommodation noted in it.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
For payment by credit card - the amount charged will be expressed in EURO.
By faxing us the credit card authorisation Form, we are given autorisation to charge the reservations payment.
We are pledges that it will respect the privacy of its users and that it will only collects information required for the reservation process.
CONFIRMED RESERVATION
For fixed confirmed reservations for hotel accommodation, the date on which the written cancellation is received represents the basis of the calculation of costs as follows:
- to 30 days prior to the beginning date of the service - 50% of the Aconto of the reservation,
- 29-0 days prior to the beginning of the service - 100% of the Aconto of the reservation
